We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Best aspects include super helpful staff, spotlessly clean rooms, one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had, and a serene location away from the city's hustle and bustle. The hotel provides easy access to Kronplatz ski lifts and has excellent facilities such as a spa.

The hotel had a decent location and was far from the hustle and bustle of the city, ideal for those who want peace and quiet. the room was clean and tidy, and the service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was excellent with a variety of options to choose from.
The hotel had limited options for vegetarian and vegan guests.

The breakfast was amazing and the spa was great to relax after a long day. the room was sparkling clean and smelled fresh.
The location was not ideal, as it was quite far from the main attractions. the room we were given was not the one we expected based on the information provided online.

What a great city break! We stayed in a lovely hotel with a fantastic spa, comfy and clean rooms and an outstanding breakfast that got us ready for the day. The hotel is walking distance to the ski lifts, and we really enjoyed stepping out into a lovely view of the country. We loved the fact that the staff was so helpful and friendly, ready to give us tips and recommendations about where to go and what to do. Plus, there was a fantastic bar very close to the hotel that we absolutely adored!
That our room wasn't as modern as we expected, and the bathroom was quite small. , since we came during summer, it smelled a bit strange outside because of the country surroundings.
